I hope you don't stop the challenges, although there are often ones I just can't do. Would it be easier for you to set them for, say, Wednesday to Tuesday or any other days?

It's true...need to join all week instead of just once. It's SO easy to fall off the wagon. Plus, I got on hormone pills and my weight just shot up like a rocket. :(

I'm off the pills now but the weight is still here. Now, it's a struggle every day. Every single day, it's hard, knowing that I've done this before and here I am again, starting all the way over.

I think I'm just really depressed about it...and ashamed. I'll keep the group going as it's the last bit of accountability I have, I suppose, but I don't really feel worthy to lead a group when I can't even keep the weight off myself. :(

L, step 1- forgive yourself. i gained some back, too, but i'm working harder again.
step 2, get back into spark. don't just post at beginning of week. join us all week.

I'm so sorry, Joyce. When I lost my darling girl, Giselle, it was all I could do to function. I know exactly how you feel.

Ms. Limon...congrats!!

Minnie: I don't know what's wrong with me. It's not like it takes me a long time to post. I think I'm really beating myself up because I've gained ALL my weight back. I'm not having great thoughts about myself lately. :(

So sorry Joyce- I know how hard that is. I haven't tracked in the last week either, but it's because my daughter is home for a few weeks so I'm focusing on her right now. :)

I really enjoy the challenges too, but life gets in the way too often and I don't post as often as I like. But like others have said, you need to do what is best for you.

And here it is Wednesday morning and I haven't posted. I am SO sorry...guys, my work is just taking precedence right now and has been for the last 8-12 months. I haven't been as active on here as I want to be and we have very little participation out of 10,000 members any more.

Should I just stop posting at the end of the month and close the Team down? I see 2-4 people posting every week....out of 10,000+ members. That hardly seems worth it to me and I'm beating myself up this morning because I forgot to post the MC....

At any rate, here is your MC for the rest of the week:

Exercise Week!

We will be the rulers of our own Exercise Plan and we'll each pledge how many minutes of exercise we think we can accomplish during the week. We'll post like this:

LABryant: 60/3/180/180

What does that mean??? Breakdown:
60 = The minutes I pledge to exercise each day I exercise.

3 = The days of week I pledge to exercise that amount.

180 = 60x3

180 = How many minutes I would have left in my goal if the above post was real.

So... all the numbers stay the same for the entire week EXCEPT the last one. The last number will go down as you exercise, like this:

3/60/180/120

Translated, that means I've done 60 minutes of exercise on the day I post it. If you go past your goal, post in the negative, like this:

3/60/180/-15

Which shows that I've surpassed my goal by 15 whole minutes! (Yeah me!)

Post each time you exercise so that we can see your progress and if you go into the 'negative', well, that's your extra credit for the week!

You guys can all pledge as soon as you like but this MC starts Monday morning!!
