been trying to add variety even tho i haven't gotten here to post. today i got corn,artichokes and butternut. friday and yesterday i had cherries. saturday had watermelon and eggplant.
usual salad each day.

Really feeling good about meeting this mini goal. So far very good, not always 5 but usually between 3 and 4 a day, two days 5

Monday - cranberry/lime juice, mixed berries, carrots, veggie smoothie
Tuesday - cranberry lime juuice, mixed berries, corn on cob
Wednesday - cranberry/lime juice. mixed berries, apple carrots, potatoe, cherries

Oopsy- playing catch up here

Mon- blueberries, grapes (x2), strawberries, banana
romaine, red bell peppers, carrots, onions, tomatoes

Tue- mango, grapes, banana, raspberries, blueberries
romaine, red bell peppers, banana peppers, tomatoes, asparagus

Eliminate excuses and avoid procrastination! Just Do It!

Play it again, Sam! Usually, we do this one twice ....sooooo....ok, let's do it again!!!

Because it's an Intake Challenge Week again so we are going to concentrate on what goes IN the body to help us either lose or maintain our weight or break through a plateau. Here are the details:

They say that we can "survive" on a diet that includes 2-3 servings of fruits & vegetables (EACH!) per day. That's nice, but did you know that we can THRIVE on a diet that includes FIVE servings of fruits and veggies per day???

This weeks MC will again be to each 5 servings EACH of fruits & veggies at least 4 days out of the 7 this MC is in effect.

Part of what this Team tries to do is create new and better habits in our lives, one day at a time. This is a good one, so let's start! ;)
