I've been working on this. I made each meal a recurring event on my to-do list. So that has been helping. But once I miss a day, it's hard for me to go back to it.

L, thanks for posting early.

i don't like to log my food, but it works. even better, is to log in advance. when i saw the numbers, i had to cut out a dish i was planning to eat. it'l wait till tomorrow. so i'm headed toward
1440 calories. within my 1400-1550 range but above my 1400 goal. but i have only 22 gms of fiber!!

This is the hardest thing for me to do yet it's the biggest thing that helped me get my weight under control: SEEING exactly what I was eating. I had what SP calls "portion distortion". I still have it at times. I thought I was eating healthily when I would eat, say, some nuts....trouble was, I would eat the entire CAN of nuts. Not good. I didn't figure out how many extra calories I was packing on until I started logging everything that went into my mouth.

How are you doing with that?

The MC this week is to make sure you log your food intake daily, staying within your calorie range, and then (yikes!) share your total calorie count with the group at the end of the day. We'll do this for at least 4 days out of the 7 that the MC is in effect. ;) You pick the four days.

So, if you eat it, then log it, then post your total (whether over or under) in this Forum. It is important that even if you don't stay within your calorie range each & every day, that you still post it. We're here for you!!!!

This MC will hopefully provide some accountability to keep on keeping on and maybe help some of us break through a plateau!
