Having a bunny funeral with my sobbing daughter and son-in-law until almost midnight. They had to do it immediately and all pets rest in our yard. : ( Shanti was 8.5 and that breed normally lives 3 to 5 years. She brought her pet home from Germany when she moved back to the US 6 years ago.

I'm for the sleep challenge... carbonation not a challenge for me.... I try to get up at 5am... but kinda crazy about getting to sleep... I would LIKE to get to sleep at 9:30... but yeah that doesn't happen... last nite it was after 11pm and didn't get up ...so the rat race was on! UGH!

Drat! I finally want to do CTC (I'm usually thinking NO WAY), but with Labor Day Weekend, it seems futile. Sleep this week! CTC next time!

This week, the schedule calls for an Intake Challenge and we've made it a Choice Challenge this time, so you'll choose which of these MC will do you the most good for you!

Are you the type of person that folks describe as "burning the candle at both ends". Me too! Hopefully, I won't run out of candles anytime soon! Anyway, I've always figured that I'll sleep when I die! There is just too much to do that's fun these days!

For a lot of folks, soft drinks are a major part of their calorie/liquid intake and a hard thing to put aside.

Yet, did you know that carbonated beverages are not only a problem for a diet because of what they include (loads of sugar and high fructose corn syrup) but for what they EXCLUDE from a diet? If a person is busy drinking "liquid candy" all day, what are the chances they will make more healthy choices like water?
