Yes...always (except Sundays), I'm tracking my meals, calories and nutrition in a "Diet Minder" food journal. I'm enrolled in fitness classes for active seniors including Pilates, Yoga, Aerobics and Zumba dancing and am active most days - but not on Sundays.

All things are possible.

Right now focusing on the tracking of meals and glucometer readings, still need to work in more exercise. My plan is for walking and strength training, just need to figure out the time management to make it happen with my work schedule...But it will happen!
