Hi all!
I joined this team today, need some motivation to get the rest of my weight off and to stay away from sugar and alcohol. My name is Tina from MN.
I was doing so good and recently started again with alcohol and dairy free ice cream. Not sure why I keep doing this to myself! I have lost 70lbs in last 4 years and still need to do at least 25 to 30 more. I've had it stall for longest time and go up and down. I just want to not let food control my every thought and action!

hi! I'm Elle. I've been eating healthy and exercising for a month with not much luck on the scale. i recently downloaded the fitbit app and according to fitbit my daily calorie intake to maintain should be 1550 - that's much lower than what i thought my maintain range was. they say to lose 2 pounds a weeks you need to shave off 500 calories with nutrition and 500 with exercise - I'm going to keep pushing!

Hello, I'm Karen. I'm new to this particular challenge I'm stuck. I figure if I can get 10 mins. of focused exercise daily that may help me get the next 6 lbs off. Working on a new meal plan as well. Hope this challenge will help me stayed focused and consistent. 10mins is not a long time so I think I can achieve success with daily work. emoticon

Hiya! I'm Gayla & I joined the challenge the other day and this is really my first one so I'm learning how to do this!

A few things about me:
1. I had gastric sleeve surgery July 2016. Ive lost 55+ lbs but I've been in a stall for the last month & 1/2
2. I'm an active Yoga teacher & belly dancer.
3. I have a sweet tooth no matter what!
4. I struggle to exercise outside of the things listed in #2.
5. My MIND want's to take up running but my knees don't always agree. We're working on a compromise.

I have 20-35lbs left before i hit my GW. I'm not in a big rush but I can use all the help I can get!

Good Afternoon my name is Sandy/Sandra. I have just joined the team but I am not joining the challenge until tomorrow March 1. I also joined Spark in 2013 and was successful in losing 20 pounds but then gained it back and was yoyoing through the years. Hi this is my first day, hoping it will help me break this yo yo type plateau .

My name is Joyce and I live in Florence OR. Active on a number of team and really like sparks. Started in 2013 but became overwhelmed with the web site. Came back in 2014 and have stuck with them ever since. Have lost 22 lbs since 2014 but am gaining and losing the same two lbs so hoping this challenge will get me moving again.

Lost 30 lbs during BLC32 and for that last month am floating back and forth with the same few pounds. My goal is close, so I am going to keep doing what Im doing and not freak over the scale. On the plus I measure body every 4 weeks and the #'s are still shrinking slowly.
