I have been walking a mile a day. Because I walk with a walker, I can lean on the walker and just use my right leg which is fine. It takes me a long time but I feel the exercise is worth it. My arms are getting very tired. I think that should be worth 3 goals. emoticon emoticon emoticon

emoticon emoticon Set some goals that you will have a chance to do, like drink 6 to 8 glasses of water a day, track your food, stay w/i your calorie range etc. There are some chair exercises on SP that you might be able to do with dr permission.

I failed at my goals miserably.I had not been cleared to do much of anything.My goals were set on what I could do on what I could do before I fractured my tibia. Therefor my attitude has not been very positive. I will find out what I can do on 8-20-19 when my bone will be X-rayed. emoticon emoticon Until then my doctor, whom I know well, said to "Cool my jets !!!."

My GOAL for this week is to follow my doctor's advice.
