In the memorial day challenge I estimated a pound a week. I ended up losing 5 more pounds beyond goal. So I will stretch this goal a little. 7 pounds in 5 weeks

Weight as of Wednesday, May 30 - 175.0

Goal weight on Wednesday, July 4 - 168

June 6 - 174.2

June 13 - 174.4

June 20 - 175. Oops. This is what not tracking will do. I was careful but not careful enough. Back to tracking like I should. No guessing!!!!

June 27 - 174.4. Still on this plateau.

2. weigh on the same day each week, measure at beginning and end

3. copy the tracker and let's get started
