2 - 199.0 emoticon I totally lost any ground I had gained during Jan-Feb period. It was a long winter with lot of stress in it. But excuses will get me nowhere. Time to start living excuse-free, and totally committed.

23 (Goal 194.0) - 199.6 I am in a big-time rut!!!


May
1 - 196.8 Trying to make up for all those "backslidden" pounds that I added in April!! emoticon Some progress in that. Still possible that I could reach my goal for Memorial Day, but it will take discipline. emoticon At least the weather is nice and I'm active with outside work. emoticon

My goal is to lose a pound a week. So by Memorial day my goal is to weigh 182.

23 - 184.2 emoticon ... been on a plateau all week. But I am still feeling good about my progress.
30 - Still at 184.2. Plateau. But I am not gaining and 182 is still possible
May
7 - 180.6. emoticon emoticon . My plateau broke. I am already beyond my goal. I am one happy lady!!!
14 - 177.8 emoticon emoticon
21 - 177.4 not a big decrease but it is OK. I am still below goal.
28 - 176.6. emoticon A little over 5 pounds below goal. I am happy. emoticon
