I drive stick shift all the time. Hubby has a automatic and can drive that too, but I prefer stick shift. Good luck with the surgery Tracey, praying all goes well. emoticon

Yes. That's what I learned to drive on and still love it, especially when it's a sports car!

I wish I could. Manuel cars are a lot more affordable than automatic.

QUOTE: “The healing of the spirit has not been completed until openness to challenge becomes a way of life.” ~ Scott Peck, The Road Less Traveled

QUESTION: Do you know how to drive a stick shift?

When I am not injured, I can, but it’s not my favorite thing to do.

Ortho said that the MRI was also a bit inconclusive. He said that they did see tears on the peroneal tendons, but they cannot tell if they are new or older. There is also scar tissue and they could not see one of the ligaments. He said that in the grand scheme of things, he knows there is something wrong and that this is not just a sprain. On a positive note, he said that we will get a one legged scooter for me for after the surgery and we did get a handicap tag so I won’t have to worry about walking so much on the crutches. I am very thankful for that because my wrists are starting to hurt really badly. I have a pre-op appointment on Friday afternoon and surgery will be on Monday morning. Happy Tuesday!

Take Care and God bless,

Tracey W.
