Putting on my walking shoes and going to do Leslies walk n jog. Feeling good lost two pounds when I weighed in yesterday. But I feel lighter mentally. Must be the walking that clears the cobwebs. Lol!

Good Morning again every, I am back from my walking,I walk for one hour then do 20 Push ups
Later I will do some Hula Hoop and Strength Training, not much to do today so I am going to finish reading my book,I heard that the gym should Finish for the weekend I can't wait for that. okay guys be Good to your self and Smile to someone today. emoticon emoticon emoticon

Good morning team, I am heading for my walk soon, I should start walk by 6-30, I had a good day yesterday, I only get 6 hours sleep last night, because my Body was so Hipo after watching the biggest looser, that happen every week, any way I will make up for it tonight,have a good day everyone.

I was able to do 30 min WA video and walked the beach yesterday
did 30 min today .. it helped my body feel a little better.. the chiropractic hammering is really stirring up the body.. hurts then better- hurts then better - weird...but everyone says this is what happens

Good Morning Team, I did my morning and I was able to walk for 75 minutes this morning, no Rain as yet maybe later, Pilates was very good last night I did enjoy it,today I have two Closet to clean out, and that is a big job,because I have some Dresses and Pants that I am not wearing so I am going to get them out and give them to Goodwill or some other place, than Later I will walk with Leslie Sansone doing her 5 miles walk,tonight is Biggest Looser one of my Favorite Show, hope you all have a wonderful day,Just want to leave this Quote.

Hi guys,

I went to the fitness center today and rode the bike for 30 minutes. I did get in my water today. The cold I think has turned into allergies. I'm not freezing anymore and have more energy. I am going to start tomorrow off with meeting up with friends and are going for a 4 mile walk in the cool morning air and have fun catching up with each other.

Good morning team, Happy Monday to you all, I went down for my walk on the beach and I have to cut it Short because the Rain Started to Chase me,so I only walk for 20 minutes, but That okay because I can walk with Leslie Sansone later,and I also have Pilates class too. not much to do today I have a book That I am going to start reading today,it's about Elephant and I Collect Elephant so I like to read about them,have a good day everyone.

Hi all, happy day - lost track with some of my teams so trying to take the day and catch up-- I have been going to a lot of my doctors and still gone 5 days a week which is a lot for me- so have not done much exercise at home - 1 day a week when I go to the center I do ride the bike for 30 min... found another WA video at the sal army - 2 mile express hate the bands so I use other stuff at that time but for a buck its ok...

Good Morning team,Happy Friday to everyone, I had a good day yesterday,get all my exercise in,Pilates class was very Good last night, and I sleep Like a baby too, so today is Cleaning day and I will do come Ironing too, but I will get my walking on the beach before anything done, I think I start to feel different in my body also in my Pants,but I haven't weigh my self, I am waiting until the end of the month,hope you all have a good Friday and a wonderful weekend.

Hi guys,

currently am dealing with a head cold but am going to try to push through it an be a supportive member of the team. I went to the fitness center today and rode the bike for 20 minutes and walked on the elipictial for one hour. I then went in to do the strength training since I put Tuesday and Thursday aside for that purpose. I started the first machine and noticed my muscles were still sore from yesterday. I went to one of the trainers and they suggested not doing ST today but to sit in on the Silver Sneakers Class for Seniors and use 2 lb weights and the lightest resistance band there is. Becky said to wait til next Tuesday to start back with the ST. She said that would get your muscles a chance to rebuild and to get the soreness to go away. She also suggested on taking Saturday and Sunday off from Cardio since I have done it 4 days this week already. I don't know what this is going to do to the Challenge that starts Saturday. But I am going to give it a shot. If the weather is fine I might go for a quick walk to clear the air and thoughts. I did get in

Good Morning Team,I woke up early this morning, I went to bed very early last night because the night before I did not get enough sleep, so last night I get a good sleep. I have a good day yesterday with Exercise, I walk in the park for one hour, then walk with Leslie Sansone 5 miles,do 30 mins of Hula Hoop, about 20 mins of jump Rope, I am going to do my early morning walk on the beach before the sun comes up, then later I have Pilates class, I am also going to the Fruit market to get some Fresh Fruit and Vegetables, did you know that Thursday is the best day to go to the Fruit Market?
I found out why they closed the gym, some one above had a Flood in there apartment and the water went down in the gym so they are Changing out the Carpet, Hope you all have a Good day.

Spent 120 minutes at the fitness Center. 40 minutes on the bike, 20 minutes on the stepper and 60 minutes in an aerboic class. Sorry I didn't get by yesterday. Yesterday I started the Biggest Loser Workout on the WII for 36 minutes. The work out was easy. I might up the intensity from easy to moderate. Yesterday was my husband's 49th birthday. I know I shouldn't have done it but I bought him a birthday cupcake cake and his favorite supper KFC Grilled Chicken. But my son said Mom it is only once a year what is the deal. But with all of that said I still lost one pound this week.

Good morning Team, Happy Wednesday to everyone, I woke up late this morning so I did not go for my early morning walk as yet,Last Night I Baby sit my Friend Grand Son, he is 21 months old he was very good, he Cried when she just left but after that he stop and start to play with his Toy and I play with him too, I did not get home until 1-35 am and then I could not Fall a sleep, maybe I did after 3am,because I know when it was 3am after that Nothing, any way I am going to the park to do my walking this morning before the Sun get very Hot,Because they Closed the gym maybe for Two weeks, did anyone watch the Biggest Looser Last Night? I don't know if I like how it start as yet,I have to wait until next week, but those people loose a lot of weight for the first week,I don't know how good that is,

Good Morning Team, I just get back from my walk, and I walk for 75 minutes and I feel Great, My Hubby went with me this morning so I went down early but he stop before me,
Last night I get a good workout with Pilates, I start to feel it this morning, I will go to the gym later and do the Elliptical and the bike, they only have one Treadmill in the gym now, I don't know what happen to the other one,so I am happy I walk on the beach in the morning,I wish you all a Happy and wonderful day.

Spent the day working out at the fitness center. Worked out for 156 minutes. I walked on the treadmill for 60 minutes and the bike for 36 minutes. Then I attended the Silver Sneakers Class for 60 minutes. My softball coach from child hood is in the class. We talk of old times of me and her kids playing on the same team and the year we came in first place. She was telling the class you should have been there when Sharon jumped up from catchers position and ran down towards the dug out to catch a foul ball. She no one else even tried to catch the ball. I am the youngest one in the Silver Sneakers Class. But I do enjoy it.

Hi everyone,
Hope all of you are doing good. Sorry I wasn't on here yesterday. I have been under the weather but am getting better now. Something is going around the school and will probably be going through the family too. Hope everyone has a Fantastic Sunday with what ever you do. Rember to get your water in. This past weekend was homecoming at our school district. My son wanted to go but since it was raining I told my 11 year old that we are not going and setting out on cold wet bleachers in the pouring down rain. I told him that the local boys and girls clubs are having an open house at their new place. We could go there. He said sure mom. We went by the football feild on the way over to the open house. The score board said that we were losing 19 to 0. I told my son that I'm glad now that we didn't go to the game. He said yeah it wouldn't have been any fun mom.

Laura, I'm sorry to hear things are going slow for you but it sounds like you are really doing a good job with your exercise. I'm having a hard time getting everything in and will be going to my daughter's house out of town for the weekend so probably won't be on much.

So sorry to hear about your younger son losing his job, Laura, there is so much of that. Sure pray he will be able to find something else that he likes, soon. You do have a celebration though with the baby shower coming up.

Hi team,

I'm having a hard time getting back into a routine.
I did manage to bike for 16 mins, and I used Couch Nicoles 5 & 7 min. videos for core and upper body work today. Sometimes I feel like I should do more but time isn't always on my side, and I have to remind myself that doing something is better then doing nothing.

Got some bad news today. My Younger Son will be losing his job in Oct. His last day is Oct. 2 because the company has no more money.
Oct. 1 is the Baby Shower for my Oldest Son & Irene. One joyous occasion and 1 sad the very next day.
I'm feeling very emotional for my youngest Son, he loved his job and was so dedicated to it.
Now I give it up to the Lord.

AMANDAMYERS5 just do what you can. The diet aim at reducing the calories gradually and write it down for even if you do not track it on spark. Do not push yourself to fast go slow and you will get the hang of it.

Good morning everyone, Feeling much better today,I try to do some walking yesterday I could only do 30 minutes, I will try to do some more today again, also I am going to the fruit market to get some fresh fruit and vegetables but hubby is taking, this Antibiotic make me dizzy that is one of the side effect so glad that today is the last day of it, I can't stand taking Pills they make me sick more, hope you all have a wonderful day.

I am not going to be able to do much cause just moved to leavenworth,kansas last week and not organize yet but once i do then i can do anything in the world cause i have gained a lot of weight and trying to lose it and it is hard to lost weight when you are 31 yrs.old and it is very hard and i have the menus from sparkpeople but it is very hard to follow and if you could help me understand everything if you would please.

My Husband Bill is the sweetest, funniest man in the world and I love him so much!
He has to work today so we had a nice dinner last night!

I spent a yesterday at my son's school. Yesterday was hispanic day and also grandparents day. I had orginally planned to drop my son off and head off to the fitness center. But the volunteer supervisor came to me and said some of the workers had called in sick and would I mind working all day. I told her that I guess I would she said great the first thing is we need a delivery person to take food to all the schools. I did this and got my workout in by lifting heavy boxes and walking all over campus. At the end of the day I was told that all the left overs was mind as a thank you for working. My husband said that we don't have to cook for two or three days. So now I have a ice box full of mexican food and a freezer full of bread. The only thing is I don't know how to record it on the tracker since it was all home made and not store brought. Anyone have any ideas. So far today I have gotten in 56 oz of water and will probably be getting more down. The bowling alley that my son plays at has all regular soft drinks and no water or diet drinks. So I'm thinking about getting in all my water before hand and 3 or 4 more glasses to count against the cokes later on. I have in the past snuck in packets of crystal light and asked for a cup with ice. Then gone to the restroom and put water in it.. I hope everyone has a good day with whatever you do.

Good Morning Team,I am down with a bad flu from yesterday, still having that bad headache and Coughing and it give me pain in my Lungs, but I am taking some Antibiotic so I hope to get well soon,I did not do much yesterday on Spark,I spend most of the day in bed because I am so weak,woke up the morning feeling the same, have to wait until the Antibiotic kick in, today is my second day,and I have the same thing my Husband had,he is doing much much better this morning,hope you all have a good day and a wonderful weekend, No Exercise until I feel better. emoticon emoticon emoticon Elaine.

Hope that you get over that cold very soon MISSMAUDLYN and will be back to walking. I woke up to do BIU but my heart was not up that and I had slight backache so I did 4 mile of the 5 mile fat burning walk (50 min).
Hope to go out during lunch and walk again and If my daughter call I will go and walk with her in the evening. Our walks together are at a slower pace than my normal speed and she has refused to increase the time from 30 min. Anyway have a great day and a lovelyl weekend.

Good morning team,Happy Friday to everyone, I woke up this morning feel like a Train run over me, my head is pounding, my voice is gone, my body ache, I am trying to fight the bad cold that my husband had for the past Three days, but it get a better hand of me, so I did not go walking this morning and I don't think I will go to the gym today because I feel so weak, and don't want it to get worst,
so I am going to take it easy for a few days so i can feel better, hope you all have a good day and a wonderful weekend.

This week is rain one day and nice and cool the next one.
Today it is raining and has not let down since morning.
I did SIU and another 15 minutes of crunches and leg raises. I will walk in doors with Leslie if it does not stop raining by evening

Good morning Team, I did my walking on the beach walk for one hour,did not do any push ups, because it was high tide and not much space, today I am going to shop I want to get some new containers for my kitchen, yesterday I clean out my kitchen cupboards and throw away the old Containers because they were Plastic, and I am getting Glass instead, time for an up grade,
later is pilates class also will do the Elliptical and some strength training as well, have a good day everyone.

Good morning team, and happy Wednesday to everyone, I woke up this morning with a Tightness in my Chest, sleep pretty good last night, so I am going to do my walk on the beach this morning, I am not going to let the feelings stop me, because noting is wrong with my feet, my goal is to walk every morning for 45 mins to one hour, my hubby is much better this morning so happy for that, because he is like a baby, although this is the first time I see him sick with this kind of Cold that it turn into a Bronchitis, but he is taking Antibiotics,which is very good, have a wonderful day everyone.

We enjoyed the game yesterday. The Cardinals didn't win but was a good first time for my son. A good experience for him too. Too show that even though you put your onto it sometimes you still don't win. Don't be a sore loser. Go out with your head held high. We didn't get back to the hotel until 11:30PM. We were tired and my husband that did all the work at driving was sore this morning. I told him it was because of sitting in one position for 4 hours. We are getting ready to pack up and leaving for Arkansas. We will be driving again for 4 hours to our house. I am going to check on dad when we return to Arkansas. Hope everyone had a good Labor Day yesterday while having fun.

Good morning Team, Sleeping was much better last night, I went for my walking on the beach,I also did 30 push ups, later I will go to the gym and do the Elliptical and walk the Treadmill, my hubby is getting better day by day, today he is going to get all the bills from the Computer of all the things that I buy on my vacation, it's a good thing whenever we shop and buy some thing he always make a record of it in the computer because he want to know how much Money he spend, and that how he keep up with his Finance,
then he is going to send it to the Hotel and they will pay us for all the things that they steal from the car, because is there Fault, Hope you all have a wonderful day.

We have stopped in Springfield MO which is half way to St. Louis. My husband has friends that live here and we connected and spent time together. We will head out tomorrow for St. Louis to see the Cardinals play. My son is real excited.

Hello Again, I just came back from my Pilates class, I did pretty good but I know Tomorrow I am going to feel sore, so now we are going to do pilates two times a week and Zumba one time, I am looking forward to that, I love Zumba I can dance of all the weight I gain, emoticon emoticon emoticon
