What concerns you most about eating fish?

Nutrition content (like omega-3's)
Contaminants (like mercury)
Environmental impact
I donít eat fish

For Me...I think my main concern would be Contaminants. I love to eat fish because of the omega-3's which is healthy for you.

Which technique helps you sculpt your body fast?

Supersets
Circuit training
Interval training
Increasing the cardio
Increasing the weight I lift
Fine-tuning my diet
Something else not listed here
None of these things help me!
Who cares? Slow and steady works for me!

For Me....Watching what I eat...portion control and being consistant with my daily workouts.

All of the above, except I gave up soda many years ago, thank goodness.

I guess the biggest accomplishment has been learning about nutrition and giving up processed food, meat, and dairy entirely... For the rest of my life. I feel GREAT about my WFPB forever-lifestyle.

What's your biggest healthy eating accomplishment so far?

Cooking more meals at home
Eating more fruits and vegetables
Turning down my old temptations
Learning to love healthy foods
Logging my Nutrition all or most days
Giving up soda

For Me....I would say all the above except giving up soda. I was never a soda pop drinker. I've become more aware of my eating habits since joining SP.

7 days.

I haven't missed journaling a day in over 7 months! I thought about quitting a few times, but the more I do it, the easier it gets. It keeps me accountable, and I appreciate being able to run nutritional reports to make sure I am getting well-balanced and complete nutrition.

Did you ask friends or family members to support and motivate you to lose weight?

Yes, I asked but they don't help much. In the beginning I did ask and reminded. However, because I am in the minority (no other vegan in the vicinity), and found it near impossible to have my needs met, I have pretty much given up on expecting anything but tolerance and politeness from others. I take care of myself by either turning down the invitation to eat out or attend a social gathering, take my own food (even to a restaurant), or ask the group to come to my home.

No, I have kept my goals private.

No, but I do plan to ask them for support.

Yes, I asked but they don't help much.

Yes, they help me stay accountable and on
track

For Me.....No I don't ask for support .... I usually make up my own mind to do what it is that I have to get done. It's ME that has to be happy!!
