Welcome all - this is a journey and not an instant fix. More toward your goals with small steps and better choices one choice at a time - not only will you reach your goals, but your life will be healthier and you will be able to continue to make those BETTER decisions into the future. The quick fix is NICE but deprivation and D I E T I N G lead to backsliding and giving up - small healthier decisions lead to a longer and more maintainable weight loss combined with more energy and a better attitude.

This is a great place to be and we hope it will be an exciting time for each of us. Staying positive and upbeat can really make a difference in how great our success is in our journeys through this life and not only for weight loss, healthier lifestyles, but in our relationships, professional lives and our families. A positive attitude and enthusiastic spirit become contagious and infect those we encounter in our family, friends, co-workers, and even casual acquaintances and strangers. By contrast an negative attitude can do the same thing. Haven't you ever had a good day ruined by someone else's negativity? I prefer to TRY to brighten other's days rather than to spoil them. It REALLY TRULY does make a difference in your journey to a healthier YOU also. When you get down on yourself over a small slip up or a bad food choice, you make it more likely you will quit trying. When you accept that you are HUMAN and work to "do better" rather than to beat yourself up, you are more likely to succeed and stick to it through the ups and downs that are a normal part of ANY journey.

Be successful - make a difference in YOUR life by making a difference in YOUR attitude.
