Hi Everyone,

I am Michelle and I have Type 2 Diabetes. After being out of control for an extended period I decided to make changes in my lifestyle and try to improve my health. I began exercising/tracking my calories 10 weeks ago and have lost 14 lbs. I, also, went to see an Endocrinologist and a Diabetes Educator who have helped adjust my medication and diet to aid me in being successful. My fasting blood glucose was 98 this morning and 85 on Monday which is in my target range (although it mostly has been between 100 -110 the last few weeks). I am looking forward toward meeting others in this group and in becoming healthier. :-)
