Go to My Trackers on the toolbar near the top of the page.
Click on My Nutrition
Scroll down until you see Tools and Settings and then
click on Edit Nutrition Goals
Then scroll down and click Add Another Nutrient to Track
A little box will come up and you can add Fiber from the list they have to choose from
Remember to click save after you choose Fiber (SparkPeople will show you how many grams they recommend, but you can probably change that amount)

I found it below the repots of the nutrients.
GO TO YOUR NUTRITION TRACKER RIGHT AT THE BOTTOM In MY LIST.

FIBER COMES RIGHT AFTER CALORIE-CARBS-FAT -PROTEIN then it is FIBER FOR ME


I have fiber in my tracker and lots of other nutrients. I have it but alas for you I have no clue how to tell you I put it there... Did you go to the expert
Go to community and find the experts. I just want to tell you I have had it all the time I since I started here. It is one of my most important nutrient for my healthy journey.

Take care some smarter person than this old lady some-one might help you till the EXPERTS come to tell you how it is done. Pat in Maine.
