I also do low sodium, and have T2.

I had to giggle when you said it made dinner interesting....or UNinteresting....depending on how you look at it.

Meals are very bland, and not much fun LOL

Hey everyone, I joined spark last week, but found this group today. I have had T2 for probably eight years, but thought with oral meds I could ignore it. Got the wake up call last week with a new doctor (the old one wasn't paying much attention and that was fine with me.)
Now, I am on a higher dose of metformin, trying to lower LDL's and overall cholesterol and keep sodium in line. Makes dinner time interesting to say the least. Looking forward to seeing tips and tricks for glucose maintenance. and finally get this under real control!

No More Gimmicks, No more excuses!
