I have removed most sugars from my diet since New Years as I try to get sugars under control. But I will have to remember that about the dark chocolate when I have the urge for a bite of chocolate.

I do have a square of dark chocolate occasionally, but it is at least 85% cacoa. No sugar. I love it. Takes getting used to but it's good as a treat!

This isn't a "supplement" per se, but does anyone eat a piece of dark chocolate (at least 60%) each day? I was just reading on the dlife site that it is incredibly good for diabetics. It doesn't spike your BS, helps circulation, etc.
Since the first of the year, I have de-sugared my life, but I am considering this as an exception. Any feedback would be appreciated.

OH, I forgot . . . I do take B12 as well. Seems to be deficient with type 2.

My Dr. advised me to take the multi. Nothing wrong with doing so. I DO believe the best source is foods, but can't always meet the body's requirements that way, so a multi is the way to go.
