I was doing some research on how to reduce blood sugar levels and why some of us have so much more trouble than others in reducing ours even with a low-carb diet.

If you find yourself with higher than ideal blood sugar levels (over 5.3 A1c) and have reached maintenance weight you may want to continue reading.

If anyone has experience with LADA, testing for it and/or connection with food allergies/sensitivities I would love to get your input.
There seems to be a correlation between type 1 diabetes and LADA with celiac disease/gluten-intolerance and also with casein/dairy intolerance.

I also posted this topic in the low-carb forum because there are quite a few people there who are managing high blood sugar levels through diet.
