This team was created to give a good workout plan to people that cannot or do not want to run due to impact limitations, injuries, or even those that just do not like running. That said, I will run occasionally, and there will be options to replace certain workouts with runs as well.

This team is as much for me as it is for anyone who wants to join it. As with teaching and learning the material better by working with students, implementing a training plan for others will force me to be consistent with my own workouts. This isn't something new and I'm not an untried fitness coach or trainer, I've just been a little less than motivated to stay to my schedule, and this will help me as well as you!

I more than welcome any feedback at all and will adapt the workouts to fit the needs of the members that join, so please feel free to give your criticism and suggestions at any time!
