Finished! Tuesday was Upper Strength circuit & 40 min Mega Burn. Wednesday was 2 miles walk outside and Balance & Agility. Thursday was Stride & Step. Friday was 2 miles hill walk and 40 minutes Gentle Yoga (the neck and shoulders segment + the hips & knees segment). Saturday I had a migraine. Today, Sunday I finished the 6 week challenge with Cardio Party and Dynamic Stretch.

Tomorrow I start 6 Week Transformation Phase II plan.

Yesterday I completed this Challenge. I have made my own challenge using the 10+ Jessica Smith DVDs which should keep me going. Good luck to everyone who is beginning, in the middle or ending this challenge. It really made me sweat!

This morning I started Day 38 but my arms were screaming from yesterday's upper body circuit and my knee has decided to give me a fit. Today will be a day of an easy DVD with low impact and and no bands or weights.

Last Monday I started week 3 over again because my root canal kind of side lined the week prior. So today I'm on to week four! I can honestly say that I am getting stronger as evidenced by a really good 10k time this past Saturday. Out of 85:12, I walked probably 15 minutes total of that which is really good for me. My goal is to keep improving on that slowly but surely.

Keep up the great work everyone!!!

I wasn't feeling well today when I got up. I have been having some pain in my left knee as well. So, I definitely wasn't feeling up to doing Steady, Ready, Go. But, rather than skip working out altogether, like I would have in the past, I did a gentler workout. The Prehab routine on the original 6 Week Transformation Plan was just what I needed today.

I am almost through with week 3. I have spent this week scrambling to find walks similar to Jessica's Total Transformation 6 week system. I have been walking mostly Walk On walks but have also added some of Leslie Sansone's walks. I'll be glad to get back to the 2.0 walks.

Sorry to hear about your knee. I have a bum knee too and I have to be careful. I workout on carpet, so it is challenging to keep it from twisting. But, you're right, they are butt-kickers even with modifications.

I did Ready, Steady, Go this morning. And I was really sparkling early in the workout today. emoticon

I popped my knee last week so have had to modify lower body exercises. Even with modifications Jessica's Focus workouts are butt kickers. I'm on Day 15 so did the total body focus.

Thanks for the warning on the lower body segment! emoticon

The total body one was tough on the legs but I didn't feel it much in my arms. The upper body one was killer. (I'm not following the calendar).

The lower body workout was a doozy! My legs felt like jello.

I wanted to do one of the yoga workouts yesterday, but never had time. Instead we took our granddaughters to the pool. Chasing them was a workout in itself.

Day 8 - Poise and Grace - DONE! What a great workout. I loved how calm and slow it was - but I think I'm going to feel this one tomorrow!

Still loving this challenge!

I started Jessica's Walk Strong 2.0 challenge on the 4th of July. I love it. On days when I can't get to my computer I will do another of Jessica's DVDs, such as her Walk The Weight Off 30 day Plan or Walk On & Walk Off 21 Day Program.

Sorry to hear you were under the weather, but way to get right back at it!

I did the Core Control this morning. I thought it was a great workout. It appeared to be "easy", but it was anything but easy! I used to be a dancer, but I didn't feel very graceful. And I really need to work on my balance. Fortunately, only the cat saw me - so who cares? I still did it!

Went home sick from work yesterday but I was back at this morning and the step it up work out was really good! Low impact but really got my heart rate. I will be back at it with the upper body following work. Can.not.wait!

Day 4 - Upper Focus - DONE!

Another good one! I love the variety of moves - makes the 30-35 minutes go by so quickly!

Day 3 - Stride and Step - DONE!

I don't have a step - wish I did. It was a great workout anyway - but I found it more confusing without the step. Kept getting my feet messed up. But, that doesn't mean I didn't sweat!

This really is fun!

I did Total Body Focus today! I loved it, but it kicked my butt.

But, I am still looking forward to it daily (even if it is only day two of this challenge)!

Yes! I use Leslie when I'm tired and just want a gentle workout to get my steps in for the day. And I know what you mean about looking forward to exercising! Those words never used to come out of my mouth.

I used to use Leslie Sansone DVD's too! But since discovering Jessica Smith, I've stopped using her DVD's (at least for now). Jessica has so much more variety and they are way more challenging - in a good way! I have only tried the Have a Ball from the new DVDs so far - but I loved it. Just started today. I actually can't wait to exercise tomorrow! Wait... who just said that?

LOL! Seriously, I love it. I may end up switching things up too. When I did the 6-Week Transformation the first time I did that. Some days I just wasn't feeling the workout for that day!

I started about a week ago. I'm not following the calendar because I'm incorporating some of her other workouts into my routine.

I've done at least one workout from each of the 4 DVDs so far and I love it! I also have her Total Transformation program. I love the variety of her workouts.

I just recently discovered her and used to exclusively use Leslie Sansone DVD's. Leslie is great, but I wasn't feeling challenged. Jessica gives me that little oomph I need and I'm never bored.

So far my favorite is the Neck & Shoulder Yoga.

It is on her website Walk On Walk Strong. This particular challenge is using a series of her videos (that you purchase) not the free ones on Jessica Smith TV.

I received the challenge calendar when I purchased her add-on programs for the Walk Strong 6-Week Total Transformation System (which I had purchased previously).

Her free workouts are found on jessicasmithtv.com. There is information for the Summer of Strength Challenge which is the Walk Strong 2.0 Plan on there as well. Or you can find the free workouts on YouTube under jessicasmithtv.

Hope this helps a little!

HI everyone! Today marks the official start of the Countdown Plan of Walk Strong 2.0. I did the first workout - Have a Ball! this morning. And it was so much fun!

If anyone is doing the challenge, I would love to hear what you think of it!

Happy Monday everyone!
