30-Minute Kickboxing Abs. I can't put my finger on why, but I just don't like the kickboxing ones. I still get sweaty so I do them occasionally for variety, but they are not my favorite.

I did the thirty minute power walk. So great for when I don't want to do any jumping in the morning, but intense enough to burn some good calories. It's one of my favorites.
I will have to find that quiet cardio one. :)

I haven't been feeling well for the past couple of days. No energy, so no workouts. I did walk 2 miles on Saturday. And then it hit me. Nothing on Sunday and Monday. I am trying to ease back into it so I did the 20 Minute Chair Stretch today. I felt that was all I could handle. I am going to try to go for a walk at lunchtime!
