I just paid out 1700 in dental bills. Hurts more in the wallet than the mouth. I did the 14 minute interval walk jog. Also spent hours cleaning up my flooded apartment for the seventh time. Everything in my closet was soaked. All my best clothes.

I tried her new walk & talk and a 10 minute interval walk, but my ulcerated toe wasn't having any of it so did not do anymore. I am used to doing 200 min plus of activity a day but was told to stay off it and let it heal. As its been infected four times now, guess I have to keep off it.

I did the Stretch and Relax video this morning. Yesterday I walked 4 miles picking up trash on the road our snowmobile club maintains, so it was alot of up and down the bank work, bending and stretching, so my muscles were pretty tight this morning when I got up. It was the perfect choice to get me started for my day!
