I have to rack of 267.5 miles for Oct for Apple watch and I'm attempting 120 mins a day for 5% challenge. Added post lunch walk to morning interval training and low impact vid with niece.

Just finished my Leslie Sansone 2 mile video. There is a great variety on YouTube so I never get bored with her workouts. Plus on ‘bad’ joint pain days, like today I can still get in a workout at my pace and feel accomplished.
