Just finished my Leslie Sansone 2 mile video. There is a great variety on YouTube so I never get bored with her workouts. Plus on ‘bad’ joint pain days, like today I can still get in a workout at my pace and feel accomplished.

walking to the sea festival there and back this afternoon to see concerts by the beach, 3 miles total

Later tonight going to see 1 last concert at the festival and the fireworks immediately after, fireworks at 10 p.m. another 3 miles walking there and back

I take buses and would be too expensive for 4 bus rides. No drivers license.
