today i did 2 things
1. stayed on my calorie range
2. Decided that i need to change my every day menu so i won't get bored!!
today i had
breakfast:1 tomato with feta cheese, 100g lettuce, 1 small pita with egg and pastrami and made with 1 TB oil

lunch:0.25 cup peas and carrot, 1 chicken thigh ,120g rice

dinner:150 gm grapes,1 apple, 3 peaches

snacks all day: grapes,2 oranges

omg i ate a lot today I'm soo not proud of me today!!

breakfast: yogurt and grapes

2 hrs later: feta cheese with lettuce

lunch: lasagna and 1 roll sushi

2 hrs later: 2 dinner rolls with feta cheese, chocolate spread ,halawa tihinia (local kind of sweet spread)

dinner: zucchini, carrot, chicken, rice,soup and grapes.

Thursday:
no work out for today i was to tired,and my son was crying the all day from having new tooth.
8 cups of water
breakfast:cucumber with cream cheese
lunch:egyptian ladyfinger soup and 2 beef kofta
dinner:nothing just a cup of tea

30 minutes walking on treadmill
100 crunches
30 minutes Strength exercises
breakfast:cup of tea with creamer and cream cheese with celery
lunch :Baked Mushroom Chicken and Vegetables
snack:celery
dinner:no carbs home made oopsie rolls with tea

thursday :

2 miles walking with leslie sanson
breakfast:2 egg with pastrami
lunch : fish in oven with vege
dinner:yogurt
and a cup of tea with creamer

i have a very boring food menu!!
okay 2day same as yesterday and day before yesterday!! emoticon
i need to change this boring menu!!
friday and saturday are the weekend but since I'm in medicine school friday is the only day i have off!!
any way to day i woke up late so i didn't have breakfast!
lunch:i had 0.5 cup rice , 1 zucchini,1 carrot,0.25 cup soup ,1 chicken thigh and 1/6 chicken breast
dinner:same but 0.75 cup rice ,1 cup soup and no chicken breast just thigh
snacks:3 peaches and grapes
i actually didn't cross 800 cal 2day which is bad!but I'm full and don't want to eat

This week has been really busy, I am not getting a chance to sit down until 9 or so at night, so I am behind on spark and blogging :(
But- on Wednesday night I drank- but I managed to keep it at right around 1 drink (instead of more).
Then when we got home, my husband pulled out breadsticks from Pizza Hut as a late night snack. I took one bite and did NOT want anymore!!

Yesterday (Thursday) I had cereal for breakfast with milk. Lunch was a salad with cheese, avocado, and turkey for toppings. Had half a granola bar and some Pringles for snacks. I felt really hungry all day. Dinner was a small portion of grilled steak with broccoli. I didn't eat much broccoli because it didn't steam very well. Last snack was some yogurt and cucumbers.
I have been working out at least a little every day. My body is tired today!

breakfast: 3 cucumbers at home and when i went to college i had a grilled kofta sandwich and i asked the cook to make it in pita bread not the regular bread not to add mayonnaise and to add extra tomato and lettuce emoticon so that was a healthy choice

lunch:i had 1/2 cup rice ,1 cup soup ,1/2 cup green beans and chicken thigh

dinner:1 cup soup,1/4 cup peas with carrot, 150 gm meat

snacks all day:3 peaches ,1 apple , grapes ,2 oranges

i also had 250ml orange juice twice
and i made a lemon juice 2 lemons and 3 tbs brown sugar

OK, Blog for Thursday.
Breakfast - home made meusli & milk
Morning tea, Apricot tart (not really very good)
Lunch - 4 pieces of Tuna Sushi
2nd Lunch at work Coleslaw and 4 slices low fat salami
Evening meal - 2 boiled eggs toast & a banana

so all in all only the coleslaw and banana really count

( I have 2 lunchbreaks at work because I do a 10 hour shift)

time for the daily post
today was a very boring food day lol! there was no fruits @ home and because I'm still sick i couldn't go the market!!worse than that my mom didn't cook any veggies today and all i could find is less the 1/4 cup zucchini from yesterday emoticon
anyway here is what i had today:

breakfast:1/4 cup oat ,3 tb milk, 1 tb chocolate spread

lunch:1 cup rice, 1/2 chicken breast, 1 cup chicken broth, and the less then 1/4 cup zucchini

dinner: decided to solve the no cooked veggies problem emoticon i made a huge bowl of salad i had 2 tomatos 2 cucumbers and 3 cups of lettuce also had about 200 gm meat(eyeballing emoticon promis i'll get a scale soon) 1/4 cup rice and 1/4 cup beef broth!

What a great days eating... well planned and a good range of everything !

OK so now I am going to make you jealous. There was a cold wind but it was sunny today.

I did 47.3km (approx 29miles) I rode up to town to help fix something on a friends computer. Then dropped a library book back, then went and found a Geocache that I had been meaning to get back to for a while.
Then I set out across the rural area to Fernside where I bought some Free-Range eggs from a local farmer. Then headed to Rangiora for some groceries and then home.
Must admit to eating some crisps, but I think I worked it off. I have not really had any fruits & veges today, so will work on that for dinner.

WOOLFEMME i have to confess that I'm really jealous of ur cycle ride emoticon come back after your ride and make me more jealous!!i didn't workout since friday and its killing me!!i hope i'll be in better health tomorrow!i ll try to do some yoga!
and since its 11:55pm according to my local time so its time to post what i had today
breakfast:1 peach,1/2 cup oat with milk(powder 3 teaspoons) and 7 halves walnuts

lunch:1 cup chicken broth ,1 chicken thigh,1/2 cup green beans(yum),1 cup fried rice and 1 cooked carrot

dinner:0.25 cup chicken broth,150 g buffalo meat(i think its buffalo),1 cooked carrot and 1/2 cooked onion,but here is my favorite part u know i talked earlier today about carbs guess what i said NO to rice for dinner emoticon and tomorrow i will have just 1/2 cup or maybe less!! emoticon

snacks all day:2 tomatoes ,2 cups lettuce ,1/2 peach and 2 teaspoons chocolate spread emoticon
and i had about 7 cups of water actually 4 of them was herbal tea.
over all i had less calories then yesterday emoticon

I've got to admit to not having used the tracker for the last week or so. But I think I may have had a bit too many carbs.

Will start again today. I will need the tracker because I work 3 x 10 hr days, Thur, Fri and Saturday... and its at work that I struggle to stay on track.

I plan on a big cycle ride today so I have already had home made meusli for breakfast and I will pack an apple in my saddlebags.

Feeling much better today.

More energy all round. I had a cycle ride to town for some milk & bread at the supermarket 9.4k

When I got home I fitted a new cycle computer to my bike as the other one had failed.

Then I got some sewing done, 2 loads of washing out on the line and now I'm off to my Craft Evening.

I got in my 5 + fruits & veges today too.

monday
30 minutes work out

OK, Blog for yesterday Monday,

Planned to get up and go out in the Pines to gather some sacks of pine-cones, but it was really cold and I felt awful when I got up. Ended up going into town with my Hubby to get some parts for the car he is building. Kept falling asleep (not driving) , then even at home I was falling asleep even in middle of a row of knitting !. I don't know what was wrong with me, but I did not get any excercise at all.
Today I feel good, so I'm wondering if it was a strange virus or something.
Food wise I did not do too bad, Has my home-made meusli for breakfast and a huge apple.
Lunch was tomato soup and 2 slices toast, then the evening meal was a vegetarian dish with haricot beans, carrot, celery silverbeet and tomato paste.
Not a good day for excercise, but did excercise some will-power over food.
