I have been hovering in around the 278 range for months. Though I am down 55 lbs from my high, it has taken decades to get here. It has always been a loss. I don't return to a higher weight (within 5 to 7 lbs). So I am quite complacent. Yet I know that an additional 45 lb weight loss would be good for my heart, my diabetes and my energy level.

Exercise has taken a stall due to angina incidents. However, as the new month approaches, I will be participating in a program (ECP) that reduces those incidents to almost zero. After completing one month of ECP training, I will be returning to the same gym where I had cardiac rehab last spring for cardio, stretching and some resistance work.

What are your challenges, new or old?
