Day 1 30 minutes walking: 5 mins warm up, (gentle walk) 20 mins walk (push yourself, but know your limits) 5 mins cool down (back to gentle walk)
Day 2 Rest or do a different sort of fitness, eg strength training.
Day 3 Day 1 30 minutes walking: 5 mins warm up, (gentle walk) 20 mins walk (push yourself, but know your limits) 5 mins cool down (back to gentle walk)
Day 4 Rest or do a different sort of fitness, eg strength training.

Day 6 Rest or do a different sort of fitness, eg strength training.
Day 7 Rest, you have earned it
