Invited to friends for a lunch served buffet style. I was able to fill my plate with mostly veggies and fruits and one small piece of turkey. From the dessert table I was able to select fresh strawberries and some chunck pineapple

Ate with special care from a large buffet luncheon today. I took really small portions just enough to taste and had one meat ball and one chick wing in the met department. Dessert I did have to have one homemade peanut butter cookie. I drank 3 bottes of water in the 4 hour period

Stayed home today. Had my breakfast of toast with avocado and fresh chopped green onion. Had my 8 glass of water and Miss Coco and I enjoyed a lazy day at home as it is cold outside

Making a pot of dried beans soup. When cooked and ready to serve will put in some baby spinach in the bowl and put the hot soup over and let it wilt into the bowl. I do this often with my soups. Sometimes if large spnch I chop a little .
