Congratulations and keep going! I just reached my 10 pound mark and while it's slower than I had hoped for, I've learned so much about what I was really eating AND I have found so much support, encouragement, and workable strategies from these pages.
Congrats again!!

I started this program at the beginning of January and my goal was to be at 150 pounds for my birthday next month. At this time, I am very glad that I have dropped 10 pounds and I am very close to that goal and I am hoping that I exceed it down to 145 pounds. I think that the biggest factor in me loosing these pounds is accountability. This site has provided me with the tools needed to accomplish my goals. Tracking my daily food intake has made me realize how much more calories, fat and sodium I was eating without me being aware. My SP tracker was a great addition in helping me to keep moving so I could reach the 5 to 6000 steps per day. It's being a journey and even though I was ready to throw the towel (again) and give up, I continued the journey by taking one step at a time, one day at the time. So don't give up, you will also reach your goals, whatever those may be. emoticon

Don't let what you can't do get in the way of what you can.
