Today I did great because this morning I was feeling really depressed.
So, anyway, I did something about it and went for a walk. (2.1 miles.) That's the farthest I've gone recently.

It has been a very, very busy week for me with pre-employment classes, a very important job interview, dating again (yes, true!), preparing to teach Sunday School to kids ages 8-11, and on and on. I stayed in my calorie limit even though there was a potluck at work and many goodies like cookies and fudge. I stuck with my mayo free tuna sandwich, carrot sticks and apple. And I am less sore today from working out than I was when I started last week!

...I didn't go crazy eating all of the Christmas goodies at work that people bring for the employees. I only ate my planned meals and snacks. And I also worked out tonight.

i cannot say i have done great but i have not done bad, I am on track to stay with in my calorie count. I made a healthy decision reguarding my dinner. O and i did the dishes before i went to work. My wife was out of town on businness today so she will be surprised when she gets home

I did great today because I swam for 45 min and another day of staying within my calorie goal. I also drank 9 glasses of water and did not have a soda. I also made my first blog post, please check it out. I don't know that my story will cause you to get up and jump off the couch but I think it will be a good one. emoticon

I dug out the wii I had gotten when my grand kids visited a few years ago and got it working. Now. I can burn some cal arise off and on during the day when I only have 15 or 29 mins available.

I bothered to cook properly. I've been having trouble finding the motivation to cook things from scratch; this year coming up though I really want to try to make the food my husband and I eat as natural as possible, less chemicals and preservatives etc, and so we can really have control over the caloric content. Better tastes for less calories. :) At least, that's the theory. We shall have to see how it goes.
