Had a fairly good day yesterday. Did cheat on some hot Cheetos, but I did not binge on anything. I stayed with my meal plan for the day. Scale is not moving and it never does. Need to get my exercise going at a better and more consistent rate. I need a trainer like Chris Powell!!! then I'd be moving every day!!!! I have a treamdill so there is no excuse although I come up with a lot of them. What do you do to get yourselves moving?? how do you get your exercise done every day??

This challenge has been great. I have tracked every day and stayed within calorie range most days. I have made an effort to increase my activity, walking every day. I still do not have a plan for strength training but will get there soon. I have lost 4#!! Even though I was not going to weigh in for the entire challenge, I find that I need to know!!

didn't get swimming as i didn't think i would have time before going to pick up my kids but as it happens i would have done so bit cross for not going ... if they had told me earlier they would be later i would have gone..
mind you in the end they got there at the original time and had to wait an hour for me to get there.
so no exercise as very achy again esp after 3 hours driving
food wasn't too bad until the evening when i had some chocolate biscuits.... which reminds me i didn't log them ... that will put me over again

not doing too bad today (day 15)
have been on my bike despite being sore still... really must get another doc appointment for more meds...

GRRR... ARGH...its a Buffy thing...she saved the world a lot

well, I have still tracked all my food since I started this challenge, and although I haven't yet met my calorie goals, I am getting closer each day. I was eating about 3000 calories, since I started tracking and now that I see it I am making small changes each day. I also played volleyball and ran today so I feel good.

On track again today - keeping on with it except not much in the way of exercise again today. I have to figure out how to make time. Maybe getting up earlier in the morning. And not working so late. Ya, that would do it. emoticon

So far so good. A friend sent me a picture of myself at an event a couple of weeks ago and I was devastated by how I looked. It reminded me of why I joined SparkPeople in the first place. Back on track today!

Today is an "on" day!! WooHoo!!!!!. Getting ready for my second planned snack. No binges today. Stayed with my meal plan. I need as much time as I can get.

Gained a pound sine Monday. Not doing as well on food as I should. Too much snacking. I have exercised for 3 days this week even though I didn't want to get out of bed this morning.

I was doing okay until dinner yesterday. It's been hard for me to get back on track this week. But today is a new day. I've tracked everything I'm planning to eat today, and I am going to jog this evening. :)
