I've had a hard time with nighttime eating, that blows my calorie range. But, I weighed this morning ( monday) and I am two pounds down!

Doing well. 3 out of the last 4 days I have stayed on track with my calories and no binges. Looking for day 5 today. I can only try my best each day.

Yesterday I didn't do so great. It started off well but ended poorly. But today is a new day, and I am excited that last week I went for 6 days straight tracking my food and getting back in my calorie range and not mindlessly snacking or overeating. Today is going to be an "on" day, and so is the rest of the week!

So looking back over the last 4 weeks (not just 11 days), My calorie differential has increased. My bmr started at 2600 and my calories in at 1800 calories 4 weeks ago. After being far more focused over the last 11 days, my bmr obviously still the same, but calories down to 1300 approx daily. Zero weight loss over the last 4 weeks! Not even half a pound. Hopped on the scale today and was so disappointed. Maybe my doc was right when he said 1000 max daily to lost weight? It just seems so little? I have 300 cal meals down pat now, and 2 or 3 100cal snacks daily. As it is I am hungry a lot - and you can only drink so much water before you feel swishy round the middle lol. Any suggestions?

What fits your schedule better...exercising 1 hour a day or being dead 24hrs a day? lol

There will be a day when I can no longer run...today is not that day!

Whether you think you can or you can't, you're right!

I'm in the same boat...out to dinner and a couple of cocktails and OOPS...way over on calories! Sundays are typically my rest days, and since it was rainy I spent a lot of time planning my meals for the weak so I won't have an excuse to overindulge again. I'm also planning on being early to bed so I can get up early and get MOVING!

Whoops, thought I had at least checked in on this thread, but see I had not, so doing it now. Went to church this morning as I see many of you did too. It's been a beautiful day weather wise, but may get a shower tonight and it's suppose to rain tomorrow, no matter Margaret and I will walk inside if it's raining in the morning. Have ate 3 healthy meals today, got in 9 glasses of water and got 30 min. on stationary bike. I am looking forward to this week. Wishing everyone a successful week. I am so very glad I joined this team and this challenge.

Today was OK. I did not get as much of a work out as I wanted, but nonetheless did get a lot of movement in and a lot of yard work. So, I feel I accomplished something. I am going to start dinner shortly. Alaskan Sockeye salmon, broiled, patty pan squash sauted w/Vidalia onion and mushroom, whole wheat pasta on the side. Sounds yummy. I will probably have enough patty pan leftover for lunch tomorrow.
A perfect weather day today which is why I decided all my exercise would be outside, working in the yard.

Jennifer, congrats on the weight loss. Joyce, I love your music! Sue, hope your feeling better today. Church was wonderful. The Sun is out and shining. After all the rain, that is a welcome sight.

Didn't check in yesterday, but weighed this morning and lost 3.5 pounds so far! I feel so much better after drinking so much more water this week than I had been. I am really going to work this week on staying within my calorie range and cutting out sodas. Good luck everyone!

Changed my food plan and this is the second day of waking up feeling better, more energetic, and happy about weight losses. Dressed and off to Church soon. Oh, and wearing my new Fitbit. I'm determined to make this into a personal challenge.
