Having a good day. Had broiled salmon seasoned with herbs and steamed broccoli for dinner. Still working on getting my water in. Got 8000 steps in.

Good morning. I stayed within my calorie range, even though I did snack on some chips. with this heat I'm craving salty snacks. Have to work on that. No formal exercise, though we did have church choir rehearsal and I'm the pianist. It does burn some calories.

Day 7 was a good day. Maybe the first really on track day for food, exercise, and water.

Day 7 was good; got extra exercise in, drank lots of water and also ate w/in my calorie range. Grateful for my friends and relatives with gardens who are keeping me supplied with fresh fruits and veggies!

Doing good again today...3 days in a row that I've not cheated at all. Also ate veggies out of the garden...got 11,000+ steps. It feels good.

I'm feeling so much better, too! In fact, it's past dinner time and I'm just not that hungry. Whenever I cut out the junk (processed food, sugar and the g-word, ha) my cravings just drop. Which isn't to say I don't mentally want that stuff sometimes, but the physical part goes away. Tossed salad and air-popped popcorn sound like a plan!

I love this group. I think we need to make this a Still On Track page for September... emoticon

A good day 7, except for lunch at BK, got a good hour walk in, 30 min. on stationary bike, healthy supper, had been craving a tuna melt so that's what I fixed for supper, also cucumbers, sliced tomatoes, baked beans and water. It's amazing how much better I am feeling since starting this challenge. Hope everyone else are seeing good benefits too. We are an awesome team and emoticon Bring on day number 8!

I got lots of veggies at the farmer's market yesterday and made an interesting pizza with whole wheat crust, sauteed patty-pan squash and red onions, a little left-over steak, and topped with LF mozzarella. Having fun playing in the kitchen with new veggies! Weight still hasn't moved much, but all in due time, right? I've still got my head in the game, so I'm feeling pretty good!

Good day today - had a nice lunch (turkey kale soup is awesome!) well within my range, good breakfast, and dinner sizing up to be good too! Fresh butter/sugar corn just picked, which is one of the BEST things about summer. And fresh grown tomatoes too. Not sure what else but it will be healthy.
Off tomorrow and Friday (and weekend) so will be doing more movement.
Lost some weight too!! It's all good.

Struggling with the snacking. I'm craving salt, and I guess it's because of the heat. It's miserable outside. The chips are gone in the office so that's a help.

I struggled with my eating the last couple days. emoticon
Nothing outrageous, but I skimped on my F&V and ate too much bagged popcorn. Gotta get my air popper out next time, so I can control salt and fat.

Today's a new day and we went food shopping, so the kitchen is filled with lots of fresh healthful F&V. Now, I just have to make them take the trip between the fridge and my mouth.
