I did good on exercise but got completely distracted with my water, I think I got 5 cups in but maybe not even that. Keep forgetting to have water before breakfast.

Day 6 was good as far as exercise, walked the track and then did a yoga class but still having trouble with food. Keep on trying.

Day 6 went well as far as cal. intake and water consumption concerned but not enough activity which really is my #backontrack goal. Plan to do two sessions on Day 7 to make up for it.

Day 5 and Day 6 have been good days. Logged all my food...stayed under my calorie intake and met my goal of 15,000 steps each day.

I'm detecting a theme: seems a lot of us start strong and then have a little trouble with those evening hours.
I'm on track so far, even have my supper logged. Here's to finding something else to do this evening other than eat!

I did hit the snooze a bit, but I still got up earlier than I usually do, so I got a little exercise in before 6 a.m. Our small city's farmers market was this afternoon, and I brought home a bunch of healthy veggies for the rest of the week. Now to look up some recipes!

Day 6 - good day as far as food goes, good breakfast, large salad for lunch, cantaloupe for snack. Now I'm heading to my little in home gym for a work out and then will log it all.
Sounds like everyone's doing well. Remember, one little stumble does not spell disaster. Just pick yourself up, brush yourself off, and get Back on Track!

Day 6 is going good, had a yummy smoothie for breakfast and a good healthy lunch, no idea just yet of what'll be for supper, maybe a nice salad, but will have to fix something different for DH. I still need to get on the stationary bike for 30 min. today, will be walking tomorrow. Everyone sounds like they are really putting in an effort to do this challenge. I know it's helped me a lot. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

Day 6 is going well so far. Eating on track, but I have been really hungry today. Maybe I'm thirsty for water instead - I'll give that a shot.

PT today after work and then maybe a little time with the Wii before the husband gets home from the gym.

Heading to my boxing class at Title, which always means a good day:) Yesterday was kind of tough, but I made it through with just a few too many almonds. Baked a cake for my hubby's birthday, and my big win wasn't refusing a piece (I'm really good at being good when everyone is watching lol) but it was not tasting the batter or the frosting while in progress -- hundreds of calories avoided that I would have pretended didn't count somehow. This group is really helping me; I hope everyone is getting as much out of it!

Here we come, Day 6!

day 6 is going well emoticon
been playing on my wii fit and have apparently burned 265 calories in the process..... which is good emoticon
BUT Mr Wii and i are going to have a falling out if he carries on like he did today!
he told me i have put on THREE POUNDS since YESTERDAY emoticon
i am NOT going to let him talk to me like that!!!! emoticon
the only thing that can tell me my weight is my scales on a Saturday morning emoticon

let's just hope they don't agree with Mr Wii emoticon

Psyched to say Day 5 was another good day! I can't wait to write my blog to tell you all about it! I made a delicious healthy dinner and even went to the gym for a good strength training workout. I haven't done that since February! Back on track and loving it!

I had my first "on" day yesterday. I am really happy and thankful for that. I've tracked most of my food for today, and I am planning to jog this evening after work. :)

Day 6! emoticon
Yesterday's meal plan worked out perfectly, and no cravings. I know all the readings say to eat well and dump the cravings, but to experience it first hand is amazing, especially for me!
Meal plan for today on track! And, nothing better than a dental cleaning this afternoon to ward off the afternoon-munchies!
For my walking efforts, only getting in my minimum required. I would like to get in more, but I'm letting work/home/time get in the way. Maybe I need a pedometer at work! These 8 to 10 trips to the bathroom (side effect of drinking 100 oz of water per day) should add up to something!
Have a fabulous successful Day 6!!
