Not working out a lot this week as I'm insanely busy arranging stuff for my car, On July 6th my car will be at the painter and I'll be able to focus fully on my workouts again.

I did do 50 push-ups today.

I barely had time to exercise today, managed to get 50 push-ups in, and a short walk.
I spent all day getting my Modded Corolla ready for a car show, and tomorrow I'll spend all day walking around at that car show, too bad I don't really track my steps hahaha.

Nice!

I decided to step out of my 10 to 20 a day personal push-up goal as well.
I did 50 today, still doing sets of 10, so nice and slow, concentrating on proper form and really making sure I'm working my muscles the way I want to. :)

I'm going to shoot towards doing 100 as well. :)

I went on a 46 minute walk today, and did my 10 pushups. :)

No running today as the weather is a little too cold to wear my running clothes, and running in my jeans and leather jacket is a bad idea, haha.

Today is my rest day but I wanted to see how many push ups I could do before my toes gave out. I did 45. I had surgery on my big toes and know that I just have to build up these muscles.
I think I will take a 30 minute walk this afternoon.

Did 20 push ups, I remember when I could only do 4. I also walked for 30 minutes carry things home from the supermarket. Did a few curls with the bags.

It was a busy day!

I did Chalean Extreme Ab Burner and Extreme Abs, 50 squats, 10 push ups, and Jillian Michaels Kickbox Fast Fix.

All these summer challenges had better get me into shape. emoticon

You definitely sound motivated, Kathryn! that's great!

I did 15 push-ups today, and a 30 minute bike ride.

I'm allowing myself to skip strength training today due to a heatwave (95F), I'm still in the process of losing weight so I am NOT skipping my calorie burning cardio workouts despite the heat. :)

Just got back from the doctors and he does not want me doing some of the exercise I was doing namely lunges and ballet exercise but said I could ride my exercise bike again. So I just did 30 minutes on it

I walked/ran (mostly walked) 4 kilometers today, my running shoes are great! Now I just have to build stamina so I can run more and walk less. :)

SparkPeople.com has a great fitness section, I haven't gone through the videos yet but I often look at the exercise demos. they really helped me figure out my exercise schedule. I did my upper body workout today, I'll share that workout in another topic soon. :)
