Focus T25 Alpha Total Body Circuit. This workout is laced with push-ups, but it has the hardest I've ever done. Knee oblique push ups. They come at the end of the workout and I can manage to do 5.

Mod that does sound like fun. The Combat program I just finished was based around mixed martial art training. I always felt so strong after one of those workouts.

Tonight's workout was T25 Alpha Cardio. I think I got better at this workout.

The boxing/striking training was fun, a friend of mine has been doing Krav Maga training since February, I also go on the one hour walks with her as I'm still no good when it comes to jogging, which is what we eventually want to start doing.
She owns a pair of boxing pads so she showed me some striking combinations after yesterdays walk, and then she let me have a go. :)

It definitely lit a fire under me to get my strength training program going again,
I've restarted that today:

- Dumbbell Biceps Curls
2 sets of 15 reps

- Dumbbell Hammer Curls
2 sets of 12 reps

- Dumbbell Lateral Raises
2 sets of 15 reps

- Dumbbell Flys
2 sets of 15 reps

- Dumbbell Chest Press
2 sets of 15 reps

- Dumbbell Shrugs
2 sets of 15 reps

- Dumbbell Triceps Extensions
2 sets of 15 reps

- Push-ups
2 sets of 15 reps
And that's on top of the 10 push-ups I already did as part of this team challenge. ;)

After that I did some more Biceps Curls until I couldn't go anymore, I can barely lift my water bottle now but I love the way these strength workouts make me feel!
