Tons of energy and improved mood lately. Feeling a lot better lately, maybe its my body detoxing all the nasty foods and excessive calories I was eating. I'm sleeping better and trying to get at least 30 minutes of exercise in each day, had some minor slips on sunday but got right back on track monday morning !!! Even though I'm still fighting with myself to exercise everyday I've been doing pretty good with that need to do more and start kicking up my intensity level..but i'm doing and its a start, soon it will be a habit instead of a chore. emoticon emoticon

My first few weeks I didn't see many results this week I have lost almost 3 lbs...so I am starting to see results and I have a ton of energy from eating better and some physical activity that I am not used to going. I almost gave up, ecspecially when i started working out and didn't think I would make it through even 5 minutes (very upsetting but I just changed up what I was doing and went back to that exersice..kept telling myself I have to keep going). Also I have noticed the few times that I have slipped up and ate something not so good even though i stayed with in my calorie range, I didn't feel well after I ate it helps as well to not want to eat those things.
