never give up!! stay off the scale and know you are doing whats best for that wonderful body. I know its hard..i'm lucky if i lose half a pound most weeks and i plateau alot..but i KNOW i'm doing whats good for me!

I stopped making excuses and beating myself up for those OOPS days, and what a great feeling I gained when I did. Instead I started planning them in...a healthy lifestyle isn't about deprivation. Plan for your goals and stay flexible. If you work, or have ever worked, in an office you know what I mean...someone is bound to bring in goodies for whatever reason, decide if that is your day to indulge a little (moderation is key) let's say for the week and stand firm in your rules (once a week is once a week). I actually found I felt stronger the rest of the week because my treat had been planned in. It can be done. emoticon

You gain strength, courage and confidence by every experience in which you really stop to look fear in the face.

Mistakes are the portals of discovery.

Don't be afraid to give your best at what seemingly are small jobs. Every time you conquer one it makes you that much stronger. If you do the little jobs well, the big ones will tend to take care of themselves.

It is never too late to be what you might have been.

Thank U ur so right I am keeping that in mind that is kinda what is keeping me on the right track as well as SP this is the first time in a long time I actually love eating and feeling well I will def stay on track BUT I will always have those days where I just gotta eat what I want BUT in moderation !!! thank U for ur support !!!

Remember to track non-weight measures of progress...inches, blood pressure, cholesterol, feelings of well-being!

Tired of eating salads and veggies protein shakes and NOT seeing results WHAT going wrong ??? I am trying so hard I just wanna give up dieting BUT for some reason I still try again and again I wish it would b alot easier to lose weight BUt unfortunately it isn't Y is it so easy to gain !!! well I wish every1 a HAPPY day and enjoy the summer and Dont worry I am fine and I WILL b back watching what I eat on Monday again !!! emoticon
