Walked for 45 minutes after the rain stopped emoticon Also did lunges while walking, bench pushups, dips, crunches while walking, did some squats & step ups, which I do all the time when I go outside, There's this huge rock in the complex where I live, so I use it to do the step-ups & tricep dips emoticon

It's been a while since I came here. I kind of broke away from SP, but I'm trying to get up & going once again.

Finally the weather was nice out today, still cold but sunny so I went walking for about 20 min. Felt great, can't wait until it gets really nice out to go walking. I want to get out & ride my bike, which is my favorite thing to do.
