That reminds me of a great zen story: A poor farmer, his wife and son live in a small village in China. The son finds and brings home a wild horse. The villagers think the horse will be a great help. The farmer says, "Maybe yes, maybe no." When trying to tame the horse the son is thrown and breaks his leg. The villagers think this is terrible. The farmer says, "Maybe yes, maybe no." Soon the emperor's soldiers come to the village and take all the able bodied men for the army.... I think you can see where this is going.

Lost 65 lbs and maintained since 2006.
