Hi
right now it is showing in the system tray, this morning it was not their I re-installed it.
It is a light green.

Marie - It sounds like maybe the SparkPeople Connect program isn't running. Please check to make sure the SparkPeople Connect application is running by locating it in the System Tray on your computer, which is located in the bottom right corner of your screen near the date and time. You may need to click the arrow in that area to view all programs in your System Tray. If you are a Mac user, you can look for the SparkPeople Connect application in your dock near the bottom of your screen.

If the SparkPeople Connect application is installed and running, please check the 3 status indicators on the SyncPoint page and let me know what colors are listed next to each one.

Hi
I am still having trouble with my dongle it will light up for awhile then go out again then
I half to re-install it again it is not recording all my steps .knot sure what to do .

Ok, my light was green this morn, but didn't synch anything, so now I've re-installed. And I'm crossing my fingers.

The ability to install or reinstall the SparkPeople Connect software for your Spark Activity Tracker has been restored. You can go to this page to download the software for you to install: www.sparkpeople.com/setup . Once you download the software, you will be able to install it on your computer and go through the setup process.

Same issue and error here when trying to reinstall. I suppose its just a wait now until they say its all back up and bring that last piece for installation back.

Will it be easy? Nope
Will it be worth it? Absolutely !

I received the Error 118 message as well. The dongle has stayed lit up this time after trying to reinstall, but I can't get past the "Connect" stage.

My Spark Activity Tracker has not been working right it started to work then the lights started glowing red now it don't work again help I don't know what to do have changed battery

You should be able to reinstall the software once they are fully back online and people are able to see their data uploaded to the SparkPeople site. Fitlinxx is continuing to finish resolving the issue, but it shouldn't be much longer for that to happen. I'll let you know once I have info on when you can install that again.

Because of the connectivity issue, I uninstalled the SPAT to reinstall before I read there was a problem with FitLinxx. Now I can only reinstall to the point of the step that tries to connect to my Spark account. I get error #118. The reinstall will not complete. I changed my battery. It recognizes the dongle and the SPAT, and I am logged in. Any ideas? Thanks.
