Today I moved. As well as normal housework I did a 20 minute seated Tai Chi routine from a DVD I have by Dr. Paul Lamb I had forgotten I had the DVD.

Well done Helen awesome effort. My hips are playing up at the moment so unable to do any exercise at the moment as the pain is a bit much if I walk too much lol But good on you and anyone else in the team that is able to do their exercise today.

I did went to gym worked on my ST and used treadmill 1.5 mile and exercise bike for 3 mile.

I wear orthotics in my shoes which I think might be wearing down so the top of my foot and ankle area is still sore. I have ordered some new ones so hopefully they should help. Have had a hectic day today so along with sore foot definitely had no time to do any exercise or time to do any upper body exercise! emoticon
