If it's just slightly under the weather, I try to do at least part of the workout. If I feel better for it I continue and if I feel worse, I stop. Listen to your body - sometimes you do need to take a "health" break.

I'm not certain I'm in panic mode just yet, but am wondering how others deal with days when they feel slightly under the weather and do not have strong motivation to meet their daily fitness goals. I've pushed through the last two days, but am fearful that one day I will not be able to do so. Thanks in advance for your advice.
