Okay team here we are going to challenge each other to a simple exercise, and the idea is to pass it on....in other words you do what is posted then you suggest one for the next person to do that reads your post:

Example: post says touch your toes 5 times, then next person post, do 5 set ups, then next person may say do 5 jumping jacks and so on and so forth.......lets get started and be creative, who knows we might find an exercise that we especially like to become part of our daily routine :)
