Hello all!!! Welcome and Thank you for joining the 60 Day Fitness/Nutrition Challenge! Before you get started, please be sure to read through these guidelines, as they will greatly help you with this challenge.
1. Consult with your doctor before starting any fitness program. It is important to make sure that it is safe for you to complete the given workouts and challenges. You should also be aware of your nutritional needs
2. Team Goal. Team goals are located on the team page. Each member should add at least 1 team goal and include that team goal on their tracker. You may add more than one team goal. Team goals that you add should be totaled each week.
3. Monthly Base Assessments. Base Assessments are REQUIRED. In order to keep track of your progress, you should complete the base assessment to the best of your ability. Before completing the base assessment, please consult with your physician.
4. Point System. We will be using a point system. Points will be tallied weekly and posted within the “My Rating” forum. (You are to update your point total weekly in your tracker.) Each member will begin with 50 points. You point total may increase or decrease according to your participation and efforts.
5. Team Tracker. Now, it is time to create you “tracker”. The tracker is a borrowed idea from the Spark People team Biggest Loser (BLC). A tracker is a user created post in which you will update weekly. An example of what your tracker should look like is below:

Drink 6 cups of water per day: 80 cups (weekly total)

BASE ASSESSMENT

EACH MEMBER WILL CREATE ONE TRACKER and post this tracker with the “Team Tracker” forum. ONLY POST WITHIN THIS FORUM ONCE. Failure to update this tracker for 2 consecutive weeks will result in your points being zeroed out.
