I decided to join this challenge as a way to incorporate my new fitbit I bought. I work out 6 days per week, but I don't work out long enough. I'm averaging 30 minutes per day of cardio or strength training. My body is changing and I'm building muscle. I think its time I kick up the cardio to 45-60 minutes 5-6 days per week. The fitbit was recommended to me, so I'll see how it works.
