We had company on Saturday, and we had a congregation get-together on Sunday...FOOD , FOOD, FOOD!! I need to work on sticking to my plan on those occasions! There is always protein and salad, after all, I don't need to go for the sugar. It is the only time I allow myself to eat it and then I go HOG WILD!!

I did not do badly over the weekend. I did eat a little more than I should have, but according to my weigh in this morning, I had dropped a little from what I weighed on Friday. I am trying to get back to loosing, and got a lot of exercise--mowing lawn and working in my garden. If the weather stays nice I will get a lot of outside work to keep me away from the munchies that were my downfall in May. Hope everyone had a good weekend.

Happy Monday everyone! I hope everyone has a bit of sunshine in their lives today.

How did you do over the weekend?

On Friday, I did well, lots of water but no exercise.I ate small portions and ate slower than I used to, to chew it all the way up and enjoy the flavors, rather than stuffing my face real fast and having stomach problems.
Saturday I did well but drank too much sweet tea

On Yesterday the food intake was iffy. I didn't eat that much until the evening, which I know isn't good. But I had small portions and exercised for 20 minutes and ate well too. Lots of water. Lots of energy. Lots of hope!!

Hope to see your reply and maybe we can share different techniques and learn from each other and be successful together.
