I don't talk about weight loss at all on my blog. I DID start (and abandon) a separate, private and hidden weight loss blog (twice), but lost interest quickly. THEN I found SP (thanks to one of my regular blog readers) and I LOVE it!

I can blog here, track stuff here, find motivation here and commiserate with others. This is way more personal stuff then I'd ever write on my blog.

I agree with the previous post. I just use the Nutrition Tracker in order to track what I've eaten including tracking nutrients.

No, I use the Nutrition Tracker. It's way easier!

Except I don't like that it only gives 3 meals, where usually eat around 5 daily.

I don't track calories in the blog...I only use the blog to muse the mental, emotional and spiritual side of weight loss. I also use it as a place to "declare my intentions." I feel like saying goals out loud helps cement them into my psyche, and makes them something I HAVE to deal with. Even if nobody else reads my blog, those declarations and intentions are out there for the universe to see. Shirley T.

Yes I use my Blog to log what I eat, my cardio and strength training as well .. but only those who are interested in reading about it can do so, its behind a filter called Health.

No, I don't log in my blog my calories - I save it for SparkPeople. I had used my blog once, awhile ago, to track what I ate but SP is way nicer for that sort of thing. Of course, I'm SUCH a creature of habit that I tend to know exactly when I'm hungry. Like, in the morning, I get a reminder that I'm hungry and I can go "aha! It must be 9:30am" and it is.

Hehe.

do you keep a blog specifically for weight? i wrote this yesterday and it really tripped me out how much i could eat if i just watch the calories.
