I agree completely with Holly. Don't forget salt. If you get constipated, try magnesium. It's a mineral most people are deficient in anyway. Also, it helps with leg cramps which are common once your body flushes out your glycogen stores.

Read The Obesity Code if you haven't. Lots of great information in that book.

Anything you want to eat - google "________ keto" and you will probably find a way to make it keto. After awhile, you get used to just eating plainer meals I think. Meat, veggie. Sometimes something else.

Just bear in mind that many of the sites are older information and there are lots of new findings to help. Keto shouldnt be hard. basics are:

Under 20 TOTAL not net carbs a day
under 60 grams protein for women
the rest fat but minimum 120 grams.

and dont cut calories! most of us should be a minimum of 1800...i dont count at all i let my body decide when i'm satisfied. but once a month i track for 2 or 3 days to be sure i'm in the limits.

if you can, dont snack..every time you eat, no matter what it is, it gives an insulin response. try to prevent that.

and lastly..we are all human. be gentle with yourself!!! if you slip..just jump right back on. ask questions. we will support you all we can!!

Well, I guess I'm ready to really give it a try. Bear with me if I throw stupid questions out there. If you don't ask, you'll never know. Thanks in advance.
