Thanks so much. You have all been an inspiration. I'm NOT giving up on healthy living, just the KETO. and yes James, I am going to go low carb without going keto. I have been researching foods that are in line with WW and low carb. I am NOT returning to a Junky Lifestyle, I promise.

You can certainly cut down on processed carbs (sugar, wheat ...) perhaps not being Keto, but at the same time not eating junk. Weight watchers is actually low carb, around 60 grams a day:

Focus on eating real food, colourful veggies, meat ... and add enough to make it non-Keto. Carrots, ...

Low carb is in the area of about 80 grams of carbs a day, and that is still much much better than the North American adult average of 330 grams a day (yup average, so many are over that).

It sounds like you have a great start in the right direction though! Good luck with your MS.

I'm sure you'll do well no matter which avenue you use to get healthier!

Visit with my neurologist yesterday and because of my MS (and some other minor health issues), I am under orders to stop the Keto Plan. Makes me sad because I was doing so well (lost 12 lbs in 2 weeks). Dr. has approved Weight Watchers or similar IMMEDIATELY so I say goodbye and wish each and every one of you a very successful & healthy Keto Lifestyle.
