wow..i've never looked at the team goals..that should be changed. 50 carbs a day is WAY too many for anyone doing keto.
and, its recommended that you split your day into 3 distinct meals, with a third of each macro in each...
your carbs should be 20 or less..a VERY max of 30 and thats really pushing it according to most experts.

Nop. While some people do only eat once a day, it has more to do with how spark is set up vs how people eat Keto.
